How long does a Sentiment Scents candle last?Our 17 oz candles have approximately 60 hours of burn time.

What is best way to take care of my candle(s)?The best way to care for your Sentiment Scents candles is as follows: Remove all packaging before use including the plastic wax cover atop of the candle. Ensure your candle burns evenly by letting it burn for a while when you light it for the first time. Keep the candle clean. Trim the candle's wick approximately 1 cm before re-lighting. Minimize mess when putting out your candle by using our Sentiment Scents candle snuffer that is included in our candle tool set located under our Accessories tab. Store candle(s) in a cool, dark place. Always burn candle within sight. Keep candle away from flammable materials, sources of heat, and overhanging objects that can catch fire. Do not allow the candle to burn down completely. Stop burning candle once the metal wick holder on the bottom inside of the candle is visible. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

What is the best way to care for my candle accessory set?The best way to care for you candle accessory set is to keep it clean after each use. When using your Sentiment Scents candle snuffer to safely extinguish the candle flame you might notice that it will attract some candle wax. If this happens, simply wipe the snuffer clean with a damp paper cloth. The same goes for the candle wick trimmer. The rechargeable candle lighter can be plugged in to any USB port or plug for fast charging. The charger is included for your convenience.

What is the best way to reuse candle vessel(s)?After full use of your Sentiment Scents candle, the vessels can be reused in a variety of ways that keep your Sentiments within sight. The craftmanship of our vessels were made with the intention of having life beyond their original use. Customers have incorporated our vessels into their home décor on shelves and tabletops. Our vessels have also been used as small leak proof flower vases, and/or desk and office accessory holders for items such as pencils, pens, scissors, or in bathrooms or beauty vanities for items such as cotton balls, make-up brushes, etc.

What is the best way to clean my candle vessel for reuse?Once you have approximately 10mm of wax remaining in the vessel use a hand blow-dryer on hot setting and blow directly on the wax to soften it up, then use a soft cloth to wipe it once melted. Finally, wash the area with a mixture of dish soap and warm water. Rinse and dry. Avoid soaking in water or placing in dishwasher or microwave as this can impact the adhesive affixing the label.

What is your shipping time and what courier service do you use?Sentiment Scents orders normally ship within 2-3 business days and arrive within 5-7 business days from the time the order is placed. In some cases, during special promotions, ship times can be longer. Once an order is placed modifications cannot be made to the order or shipping address. It is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Tracking details will be sent the email you provide once orders have been processed. Your order will be shipped using USPS ground shipping.

What is the procedure for replacement of broken items upon delivery?We are sorry to hear that your package arrived damaged. With 3 days of your delivery, please snap a photo showing the item's label as well as the damaged area of all damaged items. Broken items are eligible for replacement of the same item purchased once photos have been submitted. Please email these photos to us at support@shopsentimentscents.com. Please be certain to keep all broken merchandise until our customer service team has resolved your issue.
